Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase from Donutful.  While we work extremely hard to make the best possible donuts we can, we know sometimes a customer is not satisfied with our products.  But because our donuts are perishable, unfortunately we are not able to accept any returned products, and all food sales are final.

It is our priority to make your experience with our products perfect, so if the error was our fault, we will reship the order. If you purchased Donutful from a retail store, you must return the product to that retailer (not to us), subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy.
